Carwari Cooking Sake has a rich scent and a mild flavour. It is slowly brewed, using the traditional fermentation methods with more than 150-year experience, which focus on utilising the full quality of Japanese organic rice.
You can easily make a variety of Japanese dishes with authentic taste by itself or together with Carwari Organic Mirin and/or White Dashi. Alcohol (naturally occurring) content of 15.5% on average.
