60 day Product Satisfaction Guarantee Policy


Here at Back to Organic we don't have any real restrictions on our 60 day return policy. However we do have a few guidelines you need to follow that will allow us to refund you quickly, and also allow us to improve our product range and service, so that you will always be 100% satisfied with us.


The Following needs to be done before your refund is implemented;

Contact Back to Organic for a Return Authority (RA) number – no refund given without this. You simply need to send an email with the invoice number associated with the product return, and state that you would like a refund for the particular product.

No reason needs to be given as to the return, however if you can give us a brief reason as to why it didn't suit you this would be great, so that we can improve our service and future product choice.

We will only fully refund the product cost. No refund of shipping cost from or to Back to Organic.

Shipping will only be refunded if there was an error on the side of Back to Organic.
   
The customer is fully responsible for the return of the product to, Back to Organic, and must ensure that they can track and prove any missing deliveries.
   
No refund will be issued without the return of the product.

The customer will be offered a refund either through a direct deposit into their account or credit card facility, or issued a gift voucher if they so desire.
